I love being outdoors and the energy that the nature can bring. But sometimes you can't be out and need to have just as much fun indoors. This is where we come in. After 20 years in teaching, gaining extra qualifications in nutrition we decided to recreate the ideas that had kept me sane through difficult times - theme days, nights and activities for all ages. I created delicious recipes to match the themes based on a low FODMAP diet designed to encourage a calm and healthy gut. I aim to provide entertainment for adults or children at home as well as ideas of what to do for a day with a difference if you have friends or family round at yours. There is no reason to have a boring day indoors anymore.
However, teaching is my calling and I love the vibrancy of life in schools so I am also a supply teacher and tutor. I really enjoy being able to use my wealth of experience gained over a long time and a couple of continents to help others achieve their goals.
